Peng-Tao Zhang is the Co-Founder and CEO of INPHRA Development, leading its growth across Asia Pacific industrial real estate and overseeing investments totaling billions of Thai Baht. He is responsible for investment strategy, operations, and regional expansion.

Previously, as Managing Director of ALP Thailand, led the end-to-end delivery of OMEGA Bangna, one of the world’s largest fully automated warehouse projects in Thailand. Earlier in his career, he drove Southeast Asia expansion at YunExpress, scaled logistics assets at GLP across over one million SQ.M, and led global accounts at FedEx Asia Pacific.

Peng-Tao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Chongqing University, a Master’s degree in International Banking and Finance from Lingnan University, and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Warwick.

Thanakrit Damrongloedchinda (Andy) is Co-Founder of INPHRA Development. Within the founding team, Andy leads local business development and government relations, drawing on his network across Thailand’s logistics, industrial and public sectors to open doors with landowners, tenants, contractors and regulators.

He is also Co-Founder and CEO of KDR Transport, a technology driven logistics company he established in Bangkok in 2019, offering full truckload transport, distribution and customized supply chain solutions built on fleet management and a freight matching platform.

He was previously part of the early team at Flash Express during the boom in Thai e-commerce logistics, and is a well recognized figure in Thailand’s logistics startup community.

Jamie is Executive Director at INPHRA Development, leading engineering and construction delivery while driving fundraising and capital partnerships, drawing on his international investor relationships to support the growth of the company’s industrial and logistics developments.

He is a civil engineer and construction executive with 19 years of experience across infrastructure, commercial, high rise and industrial projects. He founded and scaled CB Civil into a national contractor in New Zealand, built JWDA Group’s consultancy business in the UAE, and led a tunnel and marine programme of around AED 2 billion. At Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport, he helped scale the annual infrastructure programme from AED 10 billion to AED 30 billion.

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury and an Executive MBA from SBS Swiss Business School.

Panjan is Executive Director at INPHRA Development, she leads the company’s fundraising and finance functions, overseeing capital structuring, financial planning and management, investor engagement, and M&A readiness.

She is a finance and investment executive with over +20 years of experience across real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and digital ventures. She has led investments exceeding USD 6 billion, spanning strategy, capital structuring, M&A, joint ventures, and portfolio management.

Previously, she held senior roles at Frasers Property and TCC Group and advised boards across Thailand and Singapore.

She holds a BBA and MBA from Thammasat University and an MSc in Real Estate from NUS, and is a CPA (Thailand), ACCA member, and certified Investment Consultant.

Mr. Cheng is Head of Development at INPHRA Development, leading technical design management, procurement, cost control, construction execution, quality assurance, and project delivery.

He previously served as Director of Construction at a tier1 developer, where he played a key role in delivering several high-spec and large-scale automated warehouse projects across ASEAN. Earlier in his career, he held development and project management roles at AECOM and EcoWorld.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning.
